    1. Overview

    These Terms govern your use of Advantai's platform, including the Certified Applied AI Professional (CAIP) exam, free assessments, and certification verification services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

    2. Certification Exam

    • One purchase grants one exam attempt plus one retake if you do not pass.
    • Passing score is 70% or above.
    • Exams are timed (30 minutes) and cannot be paused once started.
    • Sharing exam questions or answers is strictly prohibited and will result in certificate revocation.

    3. Certification Validity

    CAIP certifications are issued for life and do not expire. Advantai reserves the right to revoke a certificate if fraudulent activity or academic dishonesty is discovered.

    4. Payments & Refunds

    All purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy. The CAIP exam is priced at $19 (launch price). Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet started the exam. Contact hello@advantai.io to request a refund.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All exam content, questions, scoring methodology, and platform design are the intellectual property of Advantai. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Advantai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
