1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, purchase a certification, or take an assessment, we collect:

Name and email address
Assessment responses and scores
Payment information (processed securely by LemonSqueezy — we do not store card details)
Certificate issuance records

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Issue and verify your CAIP certification
Provide access to purchased exams
Send transactional emails (purchase receipts, certificate links)
Improve our assessments and platform

3. Certificate Verification

Your name, score, and credential ID are stored and publicly accessible at your unique verification URL (e.g., advantai.vercel.app/verify/CAIP-XXXX-XXXX). This is intentional — it allows employers and third parties to verify your credential. If you wish to remove your certificate from public view, contact us at hello@advantai.io.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Supabase — database and authentication provider
LemonSqueezy — payment processing

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and certificate records indefinitely to support verification. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@advantai.io. Note that deleting your account will invalidate your public verification URL.
